India’s Health Sector is facing major crisis for Para Medical Staff at each & every level and State Government also do not have any sufficient manpower to work and support as paramedical assistant/ staff. Appropriate skills need to be developed to bridge the gap between the skills currently possessed by individuals and the skills that are demanded by the industry. There are plenty of jobs in the country, but individuals don’t possess the skill set fit for that job. There is a need to fill this gap with various skills.

As per report of World Health Organisation there is 1 doctor per 950 peoples in India and number of paramedical staff shortage and required will be 30 lacs and its growing so more paramedical professional is required but still students getting enrolled in paramedical courses is much lower as compared to other courses. According to a Report by Planning Commission, India faces a shortage of about 30 Lacs paramedics healthcare professionals and technicians. The Severity of the issue can be taken as great opportunity for aspirants of Paramedical Courses.
