What is B.Voc?

B.Voc is a normal degree that you can take after completing 10+2/12th standard [Science,Commerce,Arts]. It is a 3-year (6 semesters) degree. In B.Voc you will have the opportunity to work in a company while studying, this is what makes B.Voc different from any other degree.

How Many Specializations are there in B.Voc Courses ?

B.Voc/M.Voc. programs offer a wide range of specializations across different sectors, such as healthcare, hospitality, information technology, tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, retail, media, and more. Depending on their interests and career objectives, students might pick a specialization.

What is Eligibility to get admission is B.Voc Courses ?

Candidates with a 10+2 or equivalent in any stream [Sciene/Commerce/Arts] may pursue a BVoc course. They must be eager to acquire new skills through hands-on experience, on-the-job training, and project work.

What are Level of B.Voc Degrees ?

B.Voc courses awards are divided into 3 parts diploma/advanced diploma and B.Voc degree.

If the candidate pursues the course for one year, then he/she is liable to be awarded a diploma in that particular course.

If the candidate pursues the course for two years, then he/she is liable to be awarded an advanced diploma in that particular course.

If the candidate pursues the course for three years, then he/she is liable to have a B.Voc Degree in that particular course.

What are the advantages of doing B.Voc?

After completing B.Voc you will have 3 years of experience with you while other degree students will just have a degree and no experience. When you both go for an interview, you will be given more preference as you have worked in that field.

Are all Bachelor programmes offered approved by UGC?

YES… All the existing programmes offered are approved by UGC.

Is the Bachelor degree programmes a Full time, Part time, Distance education programme?

The Bachelor programmes are a regular full-time programme. All the Bachelor programmes at are Work Integrated Training Programmes (WITP). This includes a combination of theoretical and practical components i.e. On the Job Training (OJT) at the Knowledge Partner for Skill Trainer's location.

Is the Bachelor degree valid for seeking admission for higher education in any university across India / abroad?

The Bachelor degree is at par with other undergraduate degrees approved by UGC. So, students who successfully complete the Bachelor programme are eligible for admission to higher education in any university, wherever the minimum qualification criteria is any graduate.

Can we give government exams after B.Voc?

Yes, it is also a government-approved bachelor's degree so you can give government exams.

Placement and Salary after B.Voc

The average Salary is 1.8 lakh to 3 lakh. Many Students have also earned a package of 4 to 6 lakh depending on their skills.

How much stipend can we get from Internships or jobs?

You can get anything between 48,000 - 60,000/Year (depending on your skills and knowledge)

Note - Also many companies don’t provide stipends in the first year

Will the student be eligible for a refund of the fees already paid if she/he wants to drop out?

As per the fee refund policy of SVE, if the student drops out before the commencement of the session, 100% of the amount received is refunded. A deduction of Rs. 1000 shall be made as processing fees in this case also. If the student drops out within one month of the commencement of the programme, only fifty percent of the amount received shall be refunded. If the student drops out after one month of the commencement of the programme, the student shall not be eligible for any refund whatsoever.

What is the scope and Demand of paramedical course?

As per data there is demand of more than 80 lacs paramedical or healthcare staff requirement in India. After completing the course in any of the paramedical streams, you can take up a job in a Nursing Home, Hospital, Clinics, and Health Departments as well colleges and universities as lecturers, etc. Besides, you can open your own laboratories/clinics.
